At FLFL Store, we strive to provide the best service for our customers. Due to the digital nature of our products (game currencies and items), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances.

Eligible for Refund

  • Non-delivery: If your order was not delivered within 72 hours after payment verification and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
  • Technical Error: If there was a technical error on our part that resulted in incorrect order processing
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error
  • Service Unavailability: If the game service is permanently discontinued and we cannot deliver the purchased items
  • Account Issues: If your game account was banned or suspended before delivery (with proof required)
Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Incorrect game account information provided by the customer
  • Customer's game account being banned after delivery due to their actions
  • Game balance changes or updates that affect item values
  • Customer's inability to access their game account for personal reasons
  • Requests made more than 7 days after successful delivery
  • Items that have been used or consumed in the game

Processing Timeline

  • Receipt: Refund will be returned to your original payment method
Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered when:

  • Only part of your order was delivered successfully
  • There was a significant delay in delivery beyond our control
  • The delivered items were different from what was ordered (with proof)
